We read every message personally. There are no ticket queues or automated responses — when you hear back from us, it is a real reply from the team. We typically respond within 1–2 business days, often sooner.

We take feedback seriously. Several of the calculators and guides on this site were built or improved in response to messages from readers. If something is not working, not clear, or not covered, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.

Common questions before you write

Can I get personalised financial advice?

We are not financial advisors and cannot provide personalised advice for your specific situation. Our tools and guides provide general information. For advice tailored to your circumstances, we recommend speaking with a qualified financial advisor or nonprofit credit counsellor (NFCC members provide free or low-cost services).

A calculator result seems wrong — what should I do?

Please report it using the "Bug report" option in the form above. Include the inputs you used and what result you expected. Calculator errors are our highest priority and we investigate every report.

Can I suggest a new calculator or guide topic?

Yes — use "Feature suggestion" in the form. We track all requests and prioritise tools that multiple readers have asked for. Some of our most-used calculators started as reader suggestions.

Do you accept guest posts or sponsored content?

We do not publish sponsored content or paid placements. All content on DebtFreePathways is produced independently. We do not accept payment to feature or recommend financial products.
